An Excellent Support Team from Elementor
The support team from Elementor responded only after a couple of hours, although the weekend was starting, and it was the middle of the night. By the end of the weekend, they found a solution, and on Monday morning, our website was as it was supposed to be. Thank you, guys!

The request for help was handled very quickly and thoroughly.
The request for help was handled very promptly and efficiently. The CS Rep was knowledgeable and provided clear directions about what I needed to do to resolve my issue. Elementor customer service gets an A+ in my experience.

First impressions are great
First impressions are great. Most of the wordpress themes (including neve, astra, kubio etc are too rigid for my current requirement) and I didn't really want to spend ton's of time writing HTML/XHTML/CSS etc within Wordpresses gutenberg module. Elementor is very flexible / you can change everything at a very detailed level and it's relatively easy. I'll edit my review if things change down the road, but so far so good. I would say the 'no hassle refund within 30 days' is a winner for me, ...
