Elementor to the rescue!
We had been tearing our hair out for a month over an issue that no one seemed able to resolve. Sara at Elementor came to our rescue even though it was technically a WordPress integration issue - good luck getting any help from them, btw. Elementor support went the extra mile and I couldn't be more grateful. Wish I could send flowers and champagne!

Excellent Experience with Elementor Support. Support Team Members are always available, always diagnosing the issue properly and providing solutions in a relatively quick amount of time. Personally, I am really happy with the service, platform, and support team.

Be aware of Time-zone Difference (Affects Renew Dates)
I received a notice that my site would auto-renew on April 15th and I had intended to cancel before then. On April 14th, I receive a notification thanking me for auto-renewing! Turns out that because the company is based in Israel, the date on the invoice is in THEIR timezone which makes it confusing. I requested a refund showing a timestamp of my subscription on April 14th. Their auto respond gave me a notice immediately saying, "Sorry, we can't offer you a refund." I messaged customer ...

Elementor support is outstanding
Elementor support is outstanding! My site went down this morning and I reached out and very quickly the team there, lead by Strahinja was able to fix the issue. Strahinja communicated with me throughout the process and my site was soon back up and running properly. I'm very grateful for the support and communication.

From *struggling* to *getting the design I want*
I went from struggling to make a website looking like I want, to finally getting the design I want with 5x less time and effot. I will never go back to not use elementor. It's easy to use. I LOVE the support. They respond to either my technical problem promptly, or when I have a hard time understanding how to achieve something they are also very helpful.
