"Great tool when it comes to crm"
What do you like best about Efficy CRM? It has a clean user interface with efficient workflows and that intrigued me a lot. What do you dislike about Efficy CRM? There are few parts related to employee section that had a but of complex structure that would involve a learning curve. Else all good What problems is Efficy CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Its streamlining our transactional and marketting emails. Allowing us to track everything, helping us analyse customer's behaviour.

What do you like best about Efficy CRM? It's very educating. Helps to develop our skills. Kind of brings an individual interest to the right place.
