"Great for hybrid working"

What do you like best about Eden? Very user-friendly and easy to set up. The client services team was amazing during our onboarding. What do you dislike about Eden? We have car and parking spaces we can book as well. It would be great to have a better setup for these. What problems is Eden solving and how is that benefiting you? We have moved to a hybrid workplace and we use Eden for desk booking. It would be near impossible to manage on our own so it makes it a seamless transition.

What do you like best about Eden? Eden workplace provides access to office space, transparency around seating, and safety features around Covid or any other guidelines the company follows. What do you dislike about Eden? I dislike that it is not intuitive. "The Eden platform is critical to the safe reopening and function of our office."

What do you like best about Eden? The simplicity of the platform and the design promotes efficiency. The client support is really great too and closely connected to the solutions engineers. What do you dislike about Eden? Not much to think of. All issues with the platform that have come up have been resolved before I get around to asking. What do you like best about Eden? - Eden's software is able to be a one-stop-shop for all of our spaces. It can house important documents, audits, and any space/building-specific information that we want to keep track of. The best part of the platform is that we can somewhat streamline our maintenance tasks by using the work-orders function. Invoicing/Service Record - it's not thorough enough, it does not provide a full breakdown of services.
