"Eden has been a great solution for our transition to hybrid work"

What do you like best about Eden? Eden is so user-friendly, both employee-facing, and on the back end. My customer success rep is attentive and responsive. It an affordable solution that has been so easy to adopt. What do you dislike about Eden? At this time, nothing. "Great tool for handling Open office concept for remote employees."

What do you like best about Eden? Graphical user interface makes it easy to see what's available and to reserve your room What do you dislike about Eden? Not as easy to book for several days in a row (currently just go in for each day). What problems is Eden solving and how is that benefiting you? We have a limited number of desks, so not all are permanently assigned. By using Eden, it's easy for us to have Shared offices and know both what is available to book and who will be there if visiting.

What do you like best about Eden? Eden is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. What do you dislike about Eden? I wish that Eden would help companies create nice-looking floor maps. We had to create our own and had limited resources to do so. What problems is Eden solving and how is that benefiting you? Desk management and office usage tracking.

"Great for hybrid working"

What do you like best about Eden? Very user-friendly and easy to set up. The client services team was amazing during our onboarding. What do you dislike about Eden? We have car and parking spaces we can book as well. It would be great to have a better setup for these. What problems is Eden solving and how is that benefiting you? We have moved to a hybrid workplace and we use Eden for desk booking. It would be near impossible to manage on our own so it makes it a seamless transition.
