What do you like best about eclincher? The best thing about EC is its customer service. I have had numerous occasions where I have gone with issues or questions around things I have spotted and they have always got back to me with answers. In one case I have been escalated to senior members to talk over my issues on a call. This level of service has allowed me to really make full use of their services. "Great platform to post on all social media sites."

What do you like best about eclincher? I like having the ability to create a post that will go on four different social media sites, and then being able to edit each one individually. I love that I can edit the image by cropping it or adding a logo right in Eclincher. What do you dislike about eclincher? Limited abilities for Pinterest. What do you like best about eclincher? Eclincher gives me the ability to schedule posts in advance which frees up my time for more important matters. What do you like best about eclincher? eClincher makes it fast and easy to design a graphic, add to a new post, add text, links, and schedule. The queues make it very easy to automate posts to various platforms. You can also create queues for special purposes and turn on and off as needed. What do you dislike about eclincher? I decided to use EClincher because it allows us to monitor sentiment and it was the only social media management website that tracked some of the KPIs I was looking for, such as engagement rate, click throughs, Story stats, Instagram saves, and best times of day to post.
