What do you like best about eclincher? Great customer service, easy to use, great interface and straight forward layout What do you dislike about eclincher? Only think I have an issue with is some of the reporting. I would love it if the analytics could compare to the same period in a previous year or the same time period directly preceding the report range What problems is eclincher solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about eclincher? The ease of use was the first thing I noticed.Having done trials of their competitors I realized this platform was by fay more superior. What do you dislike about eclincher? I didn't understand on how to group clients but their social media profiles. Eventually, I figured it out. What problems is eclincher solving and how is that benefiting you? The one issue about how to group a client with their profiles was handled pretty quickly by support.

"Easy to Use Software"

What do you like best about eclincher? I love scheduling my posts to repeat well into the future. This app allows me to do so but also allows me to open, and change wording and imagery on those future posts as well. All in all easy to use, love all messages in one location. What do you dislike about eclincher? Don't love the price, think it could be a bit lower for 20 social accounts. Don't love that i have to keep renewing my tokens so frequently. What do you like best about eclincher? The features are incredible. So easy to use. I love the 24hr support (which I use regularly). The best thing is that the platform is just getting better and better. They clearly listen to what their customers want because every update is just AMAZING. Instagram hashtag suggestion is amazing. Publishing without push notifications is incredible. Feed/keyword monitoring is powerful. Can't wait to start making use of the influencer feature. Now you can ...
