Easy to use

Easy to use, good software. However no one answers the phones or returns your messages so ill be cancelling our subscription

Great platform

Great platform, have been using for a number of months now and it has made getting signatures for my documents so much quicker and simpler. i especially like the auto reminder feature to save me chasing up on signatures Fantastic Product the company is communicative and nothing too much trouble

Too much notifications

Generally the experience is good but I have to rate it low due to one main reason. i get a lot of unnecessary notifications. for example If i receive an envelop with 10 documents to sign then i will get 12 notifications, the first one is to notify me that there is an envelop to be signed, the other 10 are sent every time i sign a document within an envelop and the last one is when the last person after me signs the envelop. this is too much and I strongly suggest that your system could have ...

Been trying to get in contact with customer services twice now I received acknowledgement back to say they will be in contact but no response first email 2nd Jan 2024 second 15th Jan 2024 still no response??

Maximum file sizes are way too small…

Maximum file sizes are way too small for some full documents. Addition of ".pdf" on the end of all file names is duplicated. Time taken to upload documents is too long. Website regularly crashes during the work day, stopping us from being able to use it.
