E-sign easy to use and wonderful customer service

E-sign is a really easy system to use and as a company their customer service is excellent. I like the fact that they are UK based and that you can contact someone who will always get back to you regarding any queries. If there was one thing I would suggest could be improved, it would be the speed at which the documents download on to the system, but it is a very small thing.

What problems is E-Sign solving and how is that benefiting you? We can obtain a digital signature from employees with a rapid turnaround now that everyone is remote.

What do you like best about E-Sign? Esign is helpful for those times you have to sign a document immediately and get it filed away or sent off. You simply sign and your signature goes directly onto the document. Its great! What do you dislike about E-Sign? Sometimes the connection doesn't work but unplugging and reatartimg usually works.It could be better by decreasing the lag on signatures. But overall, it is and awesome program!
