What do you like best? AI and the OneAgent. Also the synthetic checks are awesome. What do you dislike? The GUI is a bit user unfriendly. Sometimes hard to understand. Easy to install, a lot of IT to discover
What do you like best? How easy it is to be installed in comparison with other APM. It discovers every piece of information that goes through the servers What do you dislike? That you still need to install an agent on every server you want to have Dynatrace on. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps with ITOM and CMDB.

What do you like best? Much less configuration required than other monitoring products. AI engine is very useful for detecting and notifying service/infrastructure issues. What do you dislike?
