Best tool
What do you like best? Autonomus discovery, AI and smartscape are really the greatest features of Dynatrace What do you dislike? Sometimes ambiguous web interface for deep analysis. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All of them. From real user monitoring to infrastructure.

Great platform to analyse problems
What do you like best? The problem analysis features and the system topology information. All toghether helps you understand where your apps can be improved. What do you dislike? The first logins the huge amount of data and features can confuse and make you lost. This gets fixed as you start digging into it. What problems are you solving with the product? Dynatrace is not only a IT tool, it is a way of working.
What do you like best? Just about everything, the smartscape gives you a realtime overview of your landscape, Problems report about immediate action required, and RUM gives the best performance statstics. What do you dislike? Extending Dynatrace with custom plugins was not successful. Support and available resources should be better.
