Dynatrace is very powerfull in giving you insight in applications and infra
What do you like best? The detailed information and powerfull dashboarding, alerting What do you dislike? We still work with AppMon and the complexity is high and not easy accesible. The product is quite expensive in general but dedicated fo critical applications
What do you like best? Dashboarding , data visualization and ease definition of RC What do you dislike? It is quite expensive In general so may be use only for critical apps. Perfect tool to get insigth
What do you like best? The Dynatrace API and the use to share the same link and root cause for problem detection througth all my teams members What do you dislike? SInce moving to OneAgent, monitoring has become much easier for us
What do you like best? The chat feature is very useful, especially for the wider business users who do not necessarily have the technical knowledge. What do you dislike? Licensing management is a bit confusing, could do with a redesign to show cleared information. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Live incidents as well as problems. Additionally, traffic information and historic data.

What do you like best? RUM and session replay are great features to troubleshoot and prevent issue to happen while improving customer satisfaction What do you dislike? The best tool in the market for monitoring, production and development teams
What do you like best? I like the intuitive administration and that is so easy to deploy What do you dislike?
