Excellent tool for management and performance monitoring.
What do you like best? I like that it is a very easy tool to install and that it really does work for which it was created, it has all the necessary functions to be able to detect any failure in the different production processes, determine what is the cause of the problem and give it a solution timely What do you dislike? Great but little pricy tool for your IT department
What do you like best? Quality comes with a price, and that is the case in here as well. Basically, Dynatrace has no competition as of now, and yes, it's that good of a tool. What do you dislike? Price, mostly :) No complains performance wise What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? End to end connection issues, database issues.

What do you like best? Dynatrace is easy to use and cover every layer of the application stack. What do you dislike? Dynatrace is not so precise on legacy applications. Recommendations to others considering the product: If your application is complex and using modern frameworks and technology, Dynatrace may certainly be the way to go. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quality of code. Application architecture. Optimize sizing.

What do you like best? In depth analysis of all our processes, inventory of all servers, microservices and resources for a central monitoring. What do you dislike? A great tool for getting great performance insights with close to no configuration
What do you like best? Dynatrace is completely automated and its capacity to auto-discover services and provide recommendations from the beginning is quite impressive. The support and consultants are knowledgeable and proactive. The updates keep rolling out and keep improving this great tool. What do you dislike? Its incompatibility with legacy applications. What do you like best? Dynatrace provides the end user experience in using an application, and you can check it in real time. You can use more Dynatrace product and integrating them in order to follow every steps of a navigation and optimize them. Gives great insight but requires cultural shift to use it proactively
What do you like best? Easy to install. Gives visibility of your whole platform and how it interacts together. Discovers issues you didn’t know existed. What do you dislike? Difficult to get to the bottom of an issue as there are so many layers to drill into. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Awareness of issues before and after they occur so we can be proactive as well as reactive.

Making complex monitoring seem very easy
What do you like best? Dynatrace takes away all the complex configurations and dynamiclly monitors your applications automatically. This frees up your time to work on more important things.
