Best Software Company Ever!!!

This is the best software company I've every used in so many ways. First off what they provide is mind blowing, being able to create a website in less than a minute that has content that is relative to my business. It's a no brainer to use it. Second the customer support is over the top. You can talk with People and they help you! I'm always in a better mood after working with durable and feel successful in what I've accomplished.

No Customer Support or Customisation

As a website builder it does the job and has good stock image suggestions along with AI generated text. Problems arise however when you want to do something outside of their limited preset sections, like add multiple videos for example. I contacted support and so far 2 weeks no reply to any of my messages, also not through their social media channels. Now I cant even login. This company uses AI as a facade

This company uses AI as a facade, whereas the basic UX functionality of websites from the 90s isn't implemented. And their generative AI sucks, it keeps on generating preset prompts and it doesn't get the context or what I've changed most of the time. Please save your money and frustration and don't pay a penny for this company P.S.: You will only get really poor customer support responses, don't even bother asking for help becuase you ain't getting any!!!!
