10/10 Recommend for a Website Builder!
Durable has been such a seamless & intuitive website builder! Previous to Durable, I worked with a website consultant and I like this version of my website better already. Functional, affordable, easy to use. The customer success team has also been very helpful & informative with handling a few questions and providing recommendations along the way. 10/10 recommend!! Especially for solopreneurs with limited knowledge or time to spend on creating and maintaining a website.

If I could give a minus 1 I would
If I could give a minus 1 I would. I accidentally deleted my webpage and thought I could start again, but it deleted my business account. I paid for the yearly subscription so essentially I have lost 377(Australian currency) I tried to get assistance but could only talk to bots who really didn’t do anything. All I want is to be able to have the business account activated instead of being kicked off to the free plan and being told I need to upgrade….it shouldn’t be so hard.

Incredible Customer service
Incredible Customer service! I had 8 difficulties during the creation of my website. They solved it ALL. I was literally blown away of how fast and smart they solved it all. I am a happy "durable" client!! :)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES THIS IS A SCAM!!! I cancelled my subscription within 24 hours of subscribing last fall. Much to my surprise, I noticed that they where still invoicing me now. On March 27 I sent an email to durable.co support and all I received was an automated email stating they'd be i touch with me. They have since taken another payment from my credit card on March 30th. 2024. I had created a few free account ls for my various business and none of them have active ...
