Fast and Knowledgable Tech Support

I needed help editing the CSS code. The representative was very knowledgeable and fast responding. She even changed the CSS for me! The wait for tech support is not long at all! I am very pleased!

Duda Customer Service

I have been using Duda websites for the past 18 months or so. Although it is not the most advanced website technology it is perfect for 95% of websites and the functionality and look they need. On top of that their customer service is friendly, fast and they go above and beyond to try to find solutions for issues.

Great option for more than half of our clients

Great option for our clients that don't need all the features of Wordpress or Drupal. We don't have to worry about security issues, plugin/module updates, server upgrades and performance. It doesn't support the needs of clients that need more sophistated solutions such as directories, calendars, etc. However, it allows us to develop basic websites much faster. Maybe someday in the future Duda will have apps that support some of these needs. For now, it's a great solution for basic websites ...

Tried it for a Year but moving all my sites back now

I started to move more and more sites over to duda over the last 1.5 years I was thrilled with the opportunity of the white label builder and no more Wordpress updates. Let's start with the white label: It's just a joke, they advertise it big but when you upload any documents (pdfs) to the site they're all hosted on a different domain, not your sites domain, but instead multiscreensite.com, I had some clients asked me about it and while its not a big deal for most its just a bad look. ...

We switched to Duda about 3 years ago

We switched to Duda about 3 years ago, and it was the best move we could have made. Ballpark a couple hundred sites later, we just wish we switched earlier! Great combo of editability by the designer/developer and easy updates by our clients.

Tries to be a "Wordpress-killer" LOL

Tries to be a "Wordpress-killer", but it's not even close. Taunts Wordpress' plugins, yet all their focus in the past two years has been adding paid plugins... or "apps" as they call them. Lacks a lot of features, widgets are extremely outdated.
