What do you like best? Easy setup, easy to use. End users can't even tell that backup is running. Recovery is very simple to follow. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Not intrusive at all, trusted backup. Once configured no further intervention for the end user or admin. What do you dislike? Don't have any dislikes about the product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Protection with very little participation from the end user. Self Service retrieval is nice.

Solid Product

What do you like best? I really like the ease of use. Deployment and implementation was painless and the product just works. What do you dislike? We've had the product for about a year so far and have not found anything I dislike about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving our endpoint backups and Office 365 backups. We've realized how easy and reliable this is and wish we had started backing up to Druva InSync sooner.
