Good backup!

What do you like best? It seems to do everything we need and it's reliable. What do you dislike? It's not easier to auto-login end users. There's too many steps to end users to follow. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We need a reliable backup solution to store and retrieve lost data from endpoints. Our end users do not have any problems with this software.

Very reliable

What do you like best? Easy installation. The user installation an be moved to a new device very easily. What do you dislike? 50gb user limit is ok for most but some a/v users require more space. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it and you will like it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? if a hard drive crashes or system fails or if a device is lost the we usually get the most important folders back.

Easy to setup, versatile application with great DLP tools

What do you like best? Client side ease of sign in and use; ease of SSO Setup. Ability to differentiate what backs up by OS. Legal Hold capabilities and the option to have a cheaper "preserved" user is huge and something other backup solutions don't offer. What do you dislike? Some of the documentation on the website isn't 100% clear/adequate, but their solution engineers are definitely available and willing to help. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it ...

A very good backup solution which is easy to deploy and manage.

What do you like best? We like how simple it is to deploy and manage. It also places a limited load on the client's processor. The cloud options are also a welcome addition. We like the data discovery and retention as well. What do you dislike? There isn't anything we dislike about this product. It has been used many times to recover critical files for our users. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure to look at all of the cloud options. There are a number ...

Great product being discontinued

What do you like best? The ability to point clients to a local data storage option provides companies with the best control and information governance. Centralised management of clients and data assists system administrators to deploy and manage large network deployments with ease. Browsing of historical data and prior versions is simple and users can initiate their own data recovery at a highly granular level. Access to technical support is relatively easy and they are quite responsive. ...

Druva inSync is relatively easy to use and easy to set up

What do you like best? I like how easy it is for end users to manage Druva inSync. They can very quickly designate which folders they would like backed up. What do you dislike? The process for reusing licenses for outboarded employees is kind of clunky. Recommendations to others considering the product: Druva inSync is definitely worth considering if you are looking for a cloud-based back up solution. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Excellent Backup Software

What do you like best? Super easy to use, everything you need is in the Dashboard. One or two clicks and you're where you need to be. No need to click on each tab to find what you're looking for. What do you dislike? We only use the inSync however our dashboard loads the phoenix and CloudRanger which we don't use. sometimes it takes some time to load, What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Backup size and with endpoint devices. We were ...

Been a great add to our IT arsenal.

What do you like best? Pretty much a set it and forget piece of software. Works well and throttles as well so there is not a large effect on users. What do you dislike? Bit pricey and depending on how far down the rabbit hole you go can get fairly "involved". What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Endpoint backup

Comprehensive Endpoint and Mobile Backup Solution

What do you like best? Backups occur in the background with no impact to the end user. The product suite is comprehensive and covers end point devices to include laptops, desktops, smartphones, and tablets. Data loss prevention tools, compliance settings and secure backups to a FedRamp-authorized cloud make this tool essential for backing up critical data especially for government customers. Very easy to setup and deploy in an environment with federated search capabilities when responding ...

Decent Solution to Protect Your Data

What do you like best? We found Druva inSync is a descent solution for mid size organizations looking a central backup solution. Can become a bit of a headache for larger organizations due to occasional issues with agents. This could be easily overcome if Druva support steps us a bit and backup client is thoroughly tested for bugs and incompatibilities before release. What do you dislike? As mentioned earlier there quite some room for improvement such as Backup agent reliability, ...
