What do you like best? You don't have to think about using it. It just works! What do you dislike? Not a knock on the product, but: Admins can lock down throttling and areas/file types. Some people want to turn up their throttles on home networks to speed up backups, but need to engage support if locked down. Druva InSync is very easy to use, my IT department has it running on my laptop and it backup everything seemlessly and if I do destroy or lose a file I can always retrieve it easily from InSync. What do you like best? Very easy to use and set up. It allows admins and users to restore files easily and manage backups accordingly. What do you dislike? It works as expected with very little setup or planning required. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? We have had very good results using this for our employee device backups. Our company is completely virtual so backing up was important. Great backups, a little sad on the downloads/restores

What do you like best? The software is great at backing up what is targeted, including Exchange 365. What do you dislike? Downloads for admins for Exchange 365 data comes as a zip file and not as a PST....so you get all the emails as eml files in one big zip. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? migrating users between systems when their system needs replacing.
