What do you like best? Druva Insync is a great platform for backup and restoring user data. That is a convenient way to backup with a the agent. For the configuration at admin console, it is not complicated and user friendly. Knowledge base and support portal can solve most of technical problem. Very slick

What do you like best? Druva is fairly slick, and easy to install. However that being the case there is very little to troubleshoot when something is not working right What do you dislike? Very little detailed information about issues What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Endpoint backup

Powerful solution that is easy to manage and deploy.

What do you like best? The ease of use and management is very nice and the user interface is simple. What do you dislike? More information when errors come up would be helpful to facilitate troubleshooting What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Remote users who save files locally can still have cloud based backups. Restoration of computers if there is a fatal error.

One stop for end-user backup AND google cloud backup

What do you like best? Backup is comprehensive, includes Google Cloud. Also, great file exclusion and file flagging policies (ie if a file looks like it has SSN or CC number, Druva excludes and flags it) What do you dislike? none yet. We loved our sales rep, and the onboarding was easy What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our head of product's laptop was stolen. He was up and running within 24 hours with all his files.

What do you like best? You can recover important data. You don't have to do nothing in order to upload your information. once Druva is configured, you can forget about it, no need of your intervention. What do you dislike? download time is something that I don't like. a restore can take several hours. it depends on internet connection, but even with a High Speed/bandwidth takes to long. Solid Choice for user backup - easy-to-use management console, great support

What do you like best? Druva works well and it works silently. It's virtually no hassle at all for the end-users and they don't know it's there, which is what matters to them. The backup and restore process is very smooth. Users are able to easily add and remove files from their backup folders all from within explorer. They also have the option of managing it online. Does the job right!

What do you like best? The user documents and data backups have been reliable and definitely been needed for our large environment. What do you dislike? Sometimes the authentication is lost to the server and we would need to have the end user re-establish their conection. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ensuring that user data especially from mobile devices are backed up.
