Druva inSync - End Point Protection - Set and Forget

What do you like best? Once installed, Druva inSync backs up our user data without user intervention. Set and forget! It's there when you need it. Users never know it's running. The web management portal is easy to administer. Tech support is VERY helpful. They often remote control and fix the issue within a few minutes. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Peace of mind - if anything goes wrong,, if the equipment is damaged or stolen, we can recover the data. What do you dislike? A bit complicated to try to retrieve a specific file from the backup. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It solves the security and data loss issues when equipment is damaged or stolen.

What do you like best? Best for SMB and Large Enterprises also . Easy to install, deploy and manage policies. Great backups, a little sad on the downloads/restores

What do you like best? The software is great at backing up what is targeted, including Exchange 365. What do you dislike? Downloads for admins for Exchange 365 data comes as a zip file and not as a PST....so you get all the emails as eml files in one big zip. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? migrating users between systems when their system needs replacing.

What do you like best? The ease of backup. Restoration is not only simple (without instructions) but also can be very granular. What do you dislike? The initial setup was not very straight forward (to me) and required a support rep to help finalize it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Due to a high necessity to get back into previous employee emails, this product in it's short time has proven invaluable.
