Druva works as it should in most cases. But it isnt very good for admin customization.

What do you like best? You can replace laptops much quicker and effeciently with Druva. You can search past backup snapshots to recover accidentally deleted files. Druva support and prompt and will work with you to resolve issues (user error and product issues) What do you dislike? Sometimes, Druva does not work as it should and no good expaination is given. They just say, thats the expected result, which doesnt really make sense. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Insync BAckup issue and its resolution

What do you like best? Hi, InSync helps you to create a backup of your data as and when necessary. You can customize folders. Administrators don't have visibility for this. You can restore data anytime, anywhere from the cloud. What do you dislike? However, network changes (e.g. IP change, server change) shall be controlled properly. At times, it consumes more bandwidth and may affect your other calls. You need to pause backup in such instances. Recommendations to others ...

Review Druva inSync

What do you like best? It is a point that you can check the backup status and data contents of PC from the administrator portal. Data retention status on each PC can be visualized. What do you dislike? There is a high probability of a backup error, and it is necessary to repair the application each time. In addition, the language setting also changes from Japanese to English, so it is necessary to correct the language setting. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

One stop for end-user backup AND google cloud backup

What do you like best? Backup is comprehensive, includes Google Cloud. Also, great file exclusion and file flagging policies (ie if a file looks like it has SSN or CC number, Druva excludes and flags it) What do you dislike? none yet. We loved our sales rep, and the onboarding was easy What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our head of product's laptop was stolen. He was up and running within 24 hours with all his files.

Druna InSync review

What do you like best? Its discrete, low impact, and works well What do you dislike? Some of the policies to govern devices could be more granular, and the ability to export a list to CSV would be nice What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We protect our endpoints with Druva, along with using Druva to restore old data to new laptops. It saves time. Our users like the product and use it frequently, yielding less tickets to restore items.

inSync is a seamless envaluable tool for IT administrators and stakeholders

What do you like best? Seamless adaptations for the companies policy and recovery. Giving ownership and freedom to users what to back up and not. What do you dislike? Not enough alerts outside of console for failures and users client response. The original setup was seamless but missed some profile creation. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would recommend fully testing the product in parallel with current backup solutions until your comfortable to fully ...

Powerful solution that is easy to manage and deploy.

What do you like best? The ease of use and management is very nice and the user interface is simple. What do you dislike? More information when errors come up would be helpful to facilitate troubleshooting What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
