Customizable open source software
What do you like best? The price point is lovely, as is the contributions from the community. What do you dislike? Drupal is very specialized, so you either need someone in house who if familiar with it or will need to hire out. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it for our Enterprise CMS solution.

Great for making websites
What do you like best? Easy to use, customization, very modular, flexible design What do you dislike? It's a little hard to use if you've had no prior experience. But if you're technical, you pick up on the learning curve well. Recommendations to others considering the product I recommend Drupal if you're tech savvy and want lots of customization What business problems are you solving with the product? Sometimes frustrating
What do you like best? Most of the features are intuitive and the interface is better than most. Some features, however, are next to impossible to find unless you already know exactly where to look in the menus. What do you dislike? I REALLY hate it when Drupal seems to know how I want my pages formatted better than I do. Anytime I edit a page, no matter how small the change, I have to check and make sure the interface hasn't changed the spacing, font, or font size all on its own. It's ...

Easier than it looks
What do you like best? After you get used to the UI, you can really enjoy managing your website through Drupal. Very secure and flexible. What do you dislike? Drupal is a great CMS
What do you like best? I like the flexibility and the user friendly interface. What do you dislike? I dont like the file naming or the folder locations. PDFs are all in the same location- you have to give them an alias. That’s several steps that could be one. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
