Switching to Drupal gave the organization the ability to bring the website into the 21st century, specifically making the entire website mobile-responsive and easier to navigate, while giving small chapters the ability to customize local pages with the same sleek look and navigation. What do you like best? Strong CRM application out of the box. Is also simple to install and get going. What do you dislike? Very resource heavy.
