"Brilliant"

What do you like best about Drag? I'm accustomed to managing projects with Trello, and Drag allows me to use email the same way. What do you dislike about Drag? I'd like it to be less expensive. I don't pay for Trello, nor email. Looking forward to using it for a year and deciding if it adds enough value to subscribe. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? I use gmail to manage several email accounts, and Drag lets me manage them in different columns.

"Drag lets our team do (almost) everything in one place"

What do you like best about Drag? It turns your inbox (and shared inboxes) into a project management tool. Instead of copying and pasting information and trying to connect with teammates in separate chat and project management tools, we can now handle incoming emails and other tasks right in our inbox. What do you dislike about Drag? Some features don't work perfectly with Google Groups emails - they really need a separate G Suite account for shared inboxes. For instance, the "reply as" ...

"Best E-Mail Addon for G-Mail"

What do you like best about Drag? The best thing about DragApp is that you can create a shared inbox and share it with all your employees. You can also share your mails with your colleagues and add todos to individual mails. What do you dislike about Drag? Sometimes the DragApp extension doesn't run fast and it takes a while to load. Otherwise I wouldn't know at first sight. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? The most important of DragApp is the Shared Inbox with ...

"Love the Kanban boards!"

What do you like best about Drag? The ability to organize my emails in a visual way. What do you dislike about Drag? Deleting emails is a bit clunky and time-consuming. Recommendations to others considering Drag: It is suited for basic needs and complex ones. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to create a to-do list from my email stream where I spend most of my time. It has helped me to plan my day efficiently.

"Very good oversight about your work load"

What do you like best about Drag? The simplicity of the GUI. Very clear looking and flexible on the other hand What do you dislike about Drag? At this time it seems that actions done in Drag are not fully synchronized with Gmail. Examples are archived emails in Drag which still sometimes appear in Gmail. Missing Snooze function (I know this is on the Drag road map). Plus it would be good to have the mobile App a little bit further in development. Recommendations to others considering ...

"Solid platform, especially for the cost"

What do you like best about Drag? Having boards in email makes it easy to manage an overloaded inbox, and lets me focus on what emails I still have to do. They've also added some cool features like email sequences. I find the UI much cleaner and easier to use than other platforms out there. Hard to ask for more out of a platform that's $8/month. Even the free version gives a lot of value. What do you dislike about Drag? I'm not sure it's ready to replace a full-featured task platform like ...
