"My take on Drag App"

What do you like best about Drag? Our team was using Trello before, but now after using Drag, our work flow has really simplified. The fact that Drag lives right in the gmail really removes the hassle of creating cards. Also, while the coloured tags was something we were used to, the color coded cards help to classify cards on another level. What do you dislike about Drag? While the Drag App is an all rounder, the launch of Mobile app is something we look forward to. Sometimes, we need the ...

"Flexible enough for what I need"

What do you like best about Drag? I love the ease at which I can turn an email into a record for my Sales CRM. It really fits with what I need - and I've been through dozens of CRMs! What do you dislike about Drag? No Zapier integration yet, very basic automations, and no group email sequence ability (I'm told it's coming). What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? A simple Sales CRM, email followups post calls

"Kanban + Gmail is a killer combo"

What do you like best about Drag? Kanban layout is my favorite approach to task and project management. Centralizing those in my inbox is a "peanut butter meets chocolate" kind of pairing. What do you dislike about Drag? Would love the ability to drag cards across personal and work accounts. (Maybe that exists and I just don't know?) What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? Productivity / Task Management / Grouping communications by project as a "stack"

"So Helpful!"

What do you like best about Drag? It's easy to collaborate and stay organized. What do you dislike about Drag? When Drag is turned on for the inbox, I can't preview attachments. I have to download them to see them. When I'm making notes on a card, if I don't click off it correctly, it doesn't save. What problems is Drag solving and how is that benefiting you? Start-Up communication Tech support ticketing

"Very good oversight about your work load"

What do you like best about Drag? The simplicity of the GUI. Very clear looking and flexible on the other hand What do you dislike about Drag? At this time it seems that actions done in Drag are not fully synchronized with Gmail. Examples are archived emails in Drag which still sometimes appear in Gmail. Missing Snooze function (I know this is on the Drag road map). Plus it would be good to have the mobile App a little bit further in development. Recommendations to others considering ...

"Solid platform, especially for the cost"

What do you like best about Drag? Having boards in email makes it easy to manage an overloaded inbox, and lets me focus on what emails I still have to do. They've also added some cool features like email sequences. I find the UI much cleaner and easier to use than other platforms out there. Hard to ask for more out of a platform that's $8/month. Even the free version gives a lot of value. What do you dislike about Drag? I'm not sure it's ready to replace a full-featured task platform like ...
