What do you like best? Dotdigital is a good email marketing tool. I like being able to both create specific emails personalized for each costumer and track my email campaigns. What do you like best? I really love the possibility of totally customizing your e-mails with HTML. The customer service is fantastic. They answer all my questions. What do you dislike? What do you like best? DotMailer customer service is great. They always take care of me, take care of me endlessly, make my life easier and send me emails. They try to improve their strategy. What do you like best? There's a lot to like about the dot digital. But ease to use is right at the top. Ability to create Automate Campaigns is just amazing and the analytics is also great. A great feature of dotdigital Engagement Cloud is the split testing module, which allows to compare the most responsive email campaign strategies by performing and tracking multiple trial campaigns. What do you like best? Dotdigital Engagement could engage us regarding social media management and in generation of reports so that we can create invoice in real –time providing quality services to our customers.
