As a consultant I worked with Dotdigital across 3 separate clients across Australia, with ranging databases up to 300k contacts. I must say that the thing that makes DD stand out from the crowd is the customer support. I was lucky to work with Chris Ash across all my clients who I knew I could contact at any time, with any issue, and expect a quick and thorough reply.
