Very happy customer!
Very happy customer! We have recently implemented and started using dotdigital for our email marketing platform and have found the user interface so intuitive and easy to use. The integration with Dynamics is very strong, and the customer service from the first phone call to the implementation hand over has been faultless. Fantastic Platform & Customer Service!
We utilize DotDigital for all of our company campaigns. I'm really satisfied with all of the features it provides us, their tools really dig into the stats per each email we send out which helps us figure our customer base. Beyond that, our rep. Priscylla R. does a fantastic job with reviewing our monthly report and answering any questions or concerns we may have for her. She also walked us through a feature that we were unsure of using. If you love email marketing, you'll love this!
I would recommend Dotdigital's Engagement Cloud to anyone who loves marketing. The easy editor is super intuitive, easy to use, and allows you to build gorgeous email campaigns and slick programs with ease. The customer support team are fantastic and so patient - thanks to each and every one who's helped me with my queries. You all help me do my job so much more efficiently.

Engaging DotDigital is definitely the right choice we have made. The software and application has definitely helped us improved our CRM and Marketing Automation system to be more efficient. Dotdigital - The software you didn't know you wanted.
Working with Dotdigital (Chris Ash) has been great. The platform provides great versatility and an abundance of support. Any ideas you have can be manifested into a tangible automation or email marketing campaign. The live chat support and quick response from staff has been a major bonus, allowing for resolutions in real-time.
