Just a shout out to our account manager, Chris Ash - who has always been extremely helpful and responsive in assisting us to get the most from the platform. We have had some tricky segments and complex rules that Chris has been instrumental in setting up.

Helpdesk support is awesome and patient
DotDigital is a feature-full marketing platform, suitable for experts as well as the less experienced. It comes with an extensive knowledge base, and easy-to-understand help videos and articles. Best of all, helpdesk support is awesome and patient.
