Partnered with Dotdigital for a year and the experience has been lovely! CSMs Emily & Eunice were amazing to work with, really responsive and initiative. They took time to understand our clients’ requirements and attended to our requests in a timely manner. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, straightforward and provides ample features to scale our automation processes.

Awesome Support, Great Service
I've been with dotdigital for more than the last year working directly in the platform. While I do wish there are some features the service included, the support team takes this review all the way to the top. I do also appreciate that dotdigital does include an avenue to try and create some of those missing features via a request form. Huge shout out to my rep, Wonho. He is a big part of why we continue to work with dotdigital and what makes the service so great. Super on top of things and ...
