Reliable and helpful products and excellent service
We have worked with Dot Digital for a number of years now and we find the service to be reliable and easy to use. We don’t use all of their products, but the ones we do use are useful and seem to help us generate enquiries into the business. On the occasions where we have spoken to the team, they are friendly and helpful, and we would recommend Dot Digital to anyone in the market for a digital marketing platform.

Highly recommend DotDigital!
My team are very happy with DotDigital. The user-friendly interface means managing campaigns is really straightforward, and the automation and analytics tools make it easy to run effective, targeted campaigns. Our Senior CSM, Kayla, has been fantastic, offering great insights and strategic support. The customer support team is also super responsive. Highly recommend!

Exactly what you need
For the volume of emails we send to our database on a monthly basis, DotDigital is reasonably priced. The software is extremely user friendly whether that's navigating round the system, managing lists, creating visual reports, or building campaigns. The personal customer support is also excellent - we have had a good experience with our Account Manager Pandora.
