"Simple, inexpensive feedback tool that isn't chat"

What do you like best about Doorbell? We wanted a simple low cost way to collect user feedback and questions and doorbell fit that criteria. It was simple to add in and does not look like chat. We did not want our end users to expect fast responses that chat tools necessitate. Just a simple feedback widget.
