"Dooly is a game-changer for Salesforce."

What do you like best about Dooly? The ease of updating records in Salesforce including notes and next steps. What do you dislike about Dooly? There are some obvious things that still need to be done in Salesforce. I think the challenge is to segment activity based on the tasks that are optimized for Dooly. What problems is Dooly solving and how is that benefiting you? Speed of updating Salesforce opportunity records is absolutely crucial for reporting.

What do you like best about Dooly? Dooly is easy and efficient to use. For new notes on new calls or going back to read prior conversation notes - Dooly makes it easy to find in once place, along with connecting your notes in SFDC, as well. Sometimes it can be a bit buggy - the shortcuts in the note section could accidentally erase all of your notes mid call so you need to be careful or the call just wont pull up. What ...

What do you like best about Dooly? Dooly makes my life much easier. I can store notes in a single place, manage my pipeline easily and make edits with no loading time or trouble. The Dooly tool has surely helped me! What do you dislike about Dooly? Dooly can do a better job of organizing notes. Ideally, folders can exist and sometimes I do find the back slash edits within notes to be confusing when using backslash to represent something other then an in line edit. Updating Salesforce is tedious, and I often can't see the field I'm editing - the next steps, sales risk forecast, and the ability to move around close dates are simple on Dooly. What do you like best about Dooly? The pipeline page is the best. Its simplicity combined with the ability to apply custom filters, settings, and views saves loads of time and effort. I haven't used any other note-taking app to compare against but so far, I don't have any plans to change from Dooly! What do you dislike about Dooly? Dooly is the least helpful in that I can't attach documents from OneDrive. As of now, Dooly only integrates with Google Drive and Guru. This limits our ability ...
