Dooly is the definition of sales enablement
What do you like best? The ties into Salesforce are my favorite part. Being able to use DOoly as the dashboard where I manage all of my sales interactions. Its got scripts, templates, a visual view of your pipeline, and anything you do in Dooly automatically updates in your CRM! What do you dislike? My only issue is having the templates tied to certain objects in SFDC. Its been a bit of a hassle to find a work around for that since each object has different fields and each template ...

Productivity to the Max
What do you like best? The ease of referencing past notes, external links (i.e. LinkedIn, SFDC records, etc.), and the team-wide visibility of historical touchpoints. There is no excuse for slacking on action items or not knowing what's going on in an account. What do you dislike? Integration to post directly to Gainsight Timeline. Would be more effective to integrate into the customer success use case. That said, I also used this as a BDR and the BDR-AE handoff process was ...

Perfect solution to organize a growing sales organization!
What do you like best? Dooly is simple to use and effective. They're also adding a ton of use integrations with top tier technologies within our tech stack like (Salesforce, obviously) Salesloft, Zoom, Slack, Guru and others. Their support team is also very supportive and communicative! Thank you, Amal! What do you dislike? Nothing. No complaints from our end. We've enjoyed our partnership tremendously. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

LOVE DOOLY!
What do you like best? The product is great, but what really stands out is the customer service. As the Director of Customer Success for a tech startup, I recognized that Amal was a gem from the start. She happily helps my team (even when they reach out to her directly) and is professional and prompt. What do you dislike? Honestly, not much! The only suggestion I would have is to allow note taking on both the opportunity and account level, but I've shared that feedback with the ...

Save time from SFDC administrative work
What do you like best? Dooly is a beautifully designed time saver for the modern salesperson. What do you dislike? Nothing other than if your SFDC administrator isn't on board and doesn't have your notes in a standard Dooly field you might not be able to maximize Dooly What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I take my meeting notes in Dooly instead of Salesforce because I can a larger window to type and it will automatically pull up ...

Fresh approach to notes & collaboration
What do you like best? Very user-friendly and "sexy" tool. Love the ability to tag contacts and teammates in your notes, encouraging a new level of collaboration that is tough to achieve strictly through SFDC. Really helped me with organizing and planning next steps on my sales opportunities. What do you dislike? In a perfect world, it would be "live", meaning multiple teammates could be editing notes simultaneously and see each other's work (similar to Google docs). What ...

Use Dooly as an AE
What do you like best? The design is very intuitive. Easy to take notes, set reminders and keep track of all my notes in one place. What do you dislike? Took me a minute to figure out some of the integrations, but once I did it ran like a dream. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simple sync with SFDC is a big help so that all my call notes are in one place. Also enjoy sharing templates among my team to make sure we're asking the ...

Inside Sales
What do you like best? I love that it links into Salesforce, this makes it really easy to track all of my notes and keep them all linked to the record I deal with daily, the salesforce opportunity. What do you dislike? I don't like that sometimes if I have not attached my notes to the salesforce opp and am just taking random notes during a meeting, they will be deleted. I have lost some really important notes due to this. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

My notes never get lost with Dooly
What do you like best? I can take notes live during a meeting without worrying about salesforce timing out and losing all my notes, and Dooly will still sync those notes back to salesforce. What do you dislike? Sometimes the Salesforce sync is finicky and doesn't work. Dooly support reps have been very responsive about this, but no one has been able to find a reason why it's happening. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better CRM ...
