I can create different templates of questions for different types of meetings and instantly sync the notes to my Salesforce account. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Dooly helps me stay organized and on top of every opportunity. What do you dislike? I wish I could keep and organize notes that aren't associated with a Salesforce opportunity. I'm in Dooly a lot so I'd like to be able to keep track of notes to self/ to-do lists/ notes to organize my pipeline without syncing to SFDC. Streamline and Efficiency
What do you like best? I love having the ability to see my salesforce data and notes in a highly editable efficient way. This helps me keep track of all of my opportunities while still being able to be duplicatable and efficient with my key metrics. What do you dislike? The only downside I could find was not being able to pull the different types of reports that I can pull from salesforce directly but they don't advertise that anyway so it's not a biggy but would be nice. Makes SFDC easy to navigate for non-technical Users
What do you like best? Dooly has made my life so much easier. The customer support is fast and responsive. What do you dislike? Currently, there is nothing I dislike about Dooly. I was an early adopter, and when there was an issue, the CS team would log it and get it resolved almost immediately. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do it. Dooly's interface is customizable, easy to use and collaborative!
What do you like best? The Salesforce integration is crucial to the programs productivity. Also, the ability to combine past notes on the same account is super helpful. What do you dislike? The type formating function is not helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sharing notes and tying them to accounts in Salesforce is very easy with Dooly!

Great note taking tool to take into calls with you
What do you like best? Clean but powerful interface. Links seamlessly with gCal. Stores all relevant notes under specific accounts. Even works well for notes from internal meetings. Love that the products gets updated consistently. What do you dislike? Nothing at the moment. saves me time, I actually log all my calls, easy to update SFDC.
What do you like best? Love this tool. Love how easy it is to fill out out SFDC fields. Love seeing past conversations. I love how when I open my calendar to join my next meeting it is super easy to open my note. Also love the new contact button when someone is on the calendar invite but not in SFDC easy to add. Saves me from getting blasted about out of date pipeline, due to ease of updating Salesforce
What do you like best? Salesforce does not provide an easy way to update opportunity fields en-mass, which is an issue when you are managing lots of opportunities. Dooly accurately and efficiently plugs this gap for me, and provides me with an excellent way of structuring my calls and notetaking during product demos. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love the SFDC integration - it makes it so easy to find my notes, log them, and attach them to opportunities.
