Dooly saves me a ton of time

What do you like best? I really like how you can import your salesforce views into Dooly and update the records without having to click into each record. I also like how you can see all of the previous notes you've made for an account, opp, contact, etc. Launching Dooly direclty from your Gcal saves even more time because it automatically links the note to the record and pulls up all the previous notes as well. They just launched a MacOS, which seems pretty slick, but haven't used ...

Work from one dashboard + keep my CRM up-to-date and team "in the know

What do you like best? The ability to work from one dashboard to take notes, get call and deal intel, and make CRM updates without toggling between 3-4 different systems (or in some cases, forgetting to update one part of the process - which is usually SFDC). What do you dislike? Nothing to note, still fully implementing and testing it out internally. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping Salesforce up-to-date, especially ...

Fixed my SFDC nightmares

What do you like best? The ability to easily edit multiple fields quickly whether in opportunities or accounts. Dooly has helped me increase our data hygiene and be much more efficient in my role. Their CS team was also extremely helpful and quick to reply! What do you dislike? Wish there was a back button, an import for existing reports I already made in salesforce and a search for all of this field that are blank What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits ...

Dooly for account managers

What do you like best? I like that Dooly keeps me organized with Salesforce and my team. The sync with Salesforce and also the way you can easily reference conversations that have been had between other colleagues at the company makes getting ready for a call simple. What do you dislike? There is not much I dislike about Dooly. I think the main thing is getting the rest of my team to get this into their day to day process! What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Interactive note taker

What do you like best? Integration with Salesforce is great. I much prefer taking notes in Dooly versus SFDC. It's also nice that drafts are easily saved - if you accidentally navigate away from SFDC mid-note...good luck. Dooly is so much more than a notetaker though; the tool takes insights out of the notes and shares them with teams in the form of "battle cards". This helps to identify common themes that are occurring across accounts. What do you dislike? I find it very hard ...

Saves me a tone of time as an SDR!

What do you like best? I use this every morning to help dedupe and speed up edits to my leads in Salesforce. this process used to sap 30mins to an hour of my day, now it takes me less than 15 mins. What do you dislike? When I started using it, it took me awhile to get the hang of it, but I noticed now they have pointer messages to walk you through the product which has helped me learn more of the functionality! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

The perfect tool once you figure out its quirks

What do you like best? Salesforce's lead and contact fields do not expand to fit the content while editing, and are generally very non-user friendly if you are trying to work at a high velocity. Dooly addresses these issues and more by allowing you to format and edit notes much more intuitively, all while syncing with Salesforce. By virtue of how Dooly templates work, I also have additional space for taking notes while on calls, that can then be easily pasted into the appropriate fields! ...

So much easier to keep on top of deals!

What do you like best? Dooly is like having Evernote that syncs with Salesforce. Given the number of activities logged against our opportunity and contact records, it's much easier to have all of my notes in a single, easy to use place while automatically pushing the to the Salesforce record. Updating Salesforce fields was a huge hassle given the number of fields we have on our records. We also often have data collision issues due to other systems updating the record in the ...

How notetaking in Salesforce *should* work

What do you like best? Taking notes in SF is a chore. But Dooly makes it easy and just works intuitively. No manual or SOP needed. What do you dislike? Navigating from account to account to account within Dooly can be a bit cumbersome sometimes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Making notes is easy, and now so is updating them. It's very easy to bring up the whole history of notes on any given SF account, new or old.
