I love using doodle
What do you like best? I have a huge department with around 75 people so it has always been a nightmare to try to find meeting times. Doodle has made it so easy for us each to independently report the times that work best for us! What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to archive old meeting requests without deleting them. At this time they kind of clog up my account. Recommendations to others considering the product: The premium account is useful if you want to ...

Great online survey tool with nice free features
What do you like best? The possibility to create surveys in order to schedule appointments, meetings or simply for using in a decision making process, involving different stakeholders. Partecipants of the survey can be contacted creating a link, and sending it to them. Pretty straight forward and main features can also be used in the free version. What do you dislike? First time using it can be a bit difficult but the learning curve is steep. If something is unclear, there a ...

A go-to for group planning
What do you like best? *Integration with multiple calendars to find open times *Ease of inviting other users What do you dislike? *The 'booking' feature could be improved to be more in line with what Calendly offers. Recommendations to others considering the product: Think about if the free plan has the options you need. Look to see if Calendly's features are more satisfactory for appt scheudling than Doodle's. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Doodle is a very valuable tool for our organisation.
What do you like best? It integrates with many other systems, included our Google Calendar and Slack. It shows poll participants the options in their own time zone. It gives us many options to share polls, and to customise them (e.g. the "if need be" option). It can be sent to PAs or EAs who can fill out on behalf of the individuals they assist. It is very easy to use no matter your level of computer proficiency. What do you dislike? Hard to come up with anything to dislike, but ...

Fantastic Poll Generator With Some Drawbacks On Display
What do you like best? Ease of use, simple sharing. It's very easy to set up campaigns, and extremely easy to share links with multiple people. I like the fact you can quickly set up multiple polls or date selections. Most people who use the polls or surveys find it fairly simple to use and I tend to get responses back quickly and have always met deadlines for setting up meetings. What do you dislike? The display of results is convoluted, ugly. If you don't pay for the premium ...

Great way to schedule appointments!
What do you like best? It’s an easy way to see when people are free in order to setup meetings. I’ve used for committees and even my dissertation defenses. What do you dislike? You have to create multiple if you only want individual meetings with one person at a time, such as advising meetings with students. Recommendations to others considering the product: It’s great for scheduling meetings! My only suggestion is just to keep time zones in mind! What problems are you ...

Doodle is a great modality for scheduling meetings
What do you like best? What I like best about dude I was at user-friendliness and your ability to collaborate with others in finding meeting times. Have used this on several occasions for several of my student groups at my medical school, and it provides a hassle-free experience in finding X where we are all available to meet. What do you dislike? There is not much I dislike about this program, it is my current gold standard program for scheduling events, conferences, and meetings ...

Perfect for multiple booking needs
What do you like best? Love how I can do both group bookings and individual booking calendars. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike. Maybe a calender type option similar to calendly - where i can set up several different calendars with different meeting requirements based on the type of meeting they want (phone call, in person, multiple hours, zoom, etc...) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automating the scheduling ...
