Docusign is really easy to use and allows me to use template documents quickly to confirm details. I've also used the mobile version to draft simple equipment loan documents on the spot during delivery. Educating your clients is part of the process - I've found that talking them through the process on the phone is helpful the first time.

Scam and unauthorized billings

They change the plans as they wish. We had cancelled the plan manually, also to confirm via the ticket in June 2023. They didn’t refund the payment in amount 217.80 usd - just closing the cases. More of it they billed us once more again today although the plan was cancelled. Those are fraud actions, avoid Docusign

Unauthorised payments and TERRIBLE customer service, find something else, just not this!

Still owe me refund from 2019 which they agreed to and stopped responding to me. They just charged me for my account which has totally unsubscribed from their overpriced service. We cancelled our account again a few months ago and our account clearly shows no active subscription, yet they still bill us - totally illegal - and once again, not willing to get back to us.

Watch this company - change billing from £54 to £750 a month

Watch this company, i was paying £54 for an unlimited usage subscription, without any notice or communication my subscription charge was changed to £750 a month based on my usage, taken the money without permission, their reasoning was number of envelopes sent, but i was on unlimited, which isn't really unlimited in the small print. Changing to PandaDoc, where unlimited means unlimited

This is appalling.

This is appalling. I have been trying for 30 minutes to downgrade my plan. There is NO WAY to cancel!? 1. In the account, there is no option to downgrade. 2. On the help page, I am told to log into my admin account!? I don't have one. At least I am not aware. 3. There is no way to contact customer service via the webpage, and the explainer video there does not play/is not active. 4. I digged out my order confirmation and followed the link; this brought me to a service page, but the link ...
