The App was incapable of identifying a…

The App was incapable of identifying a passport picture from 2019 that is impeccable (nothing worn out, no stains or folds, EU passport). We tried multiple cameras, angles etc. The App would in the end say "try with another document of better quality"...joke.. Frankly the whole experience made me wish an engineer could take a look at our case and work out what went wrong to improve the app.

What do you like best about DocuSign? I like that it is simple, very easy to use and mobile that I can sign from anywhere and any device. I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this company, and I cannot stress enough how much I do not recommend their services. The level of customer service was abysmal and frustratingly unprofessional. From the moment I reached out to them for assistance, it was evident that they had no interest in addressing my concerns. Their representatives seemed disinterested and unresponsive, leaving me to feel like I was just another inconvenience to them. What made matters worse was the ...

Great product but they dont seem to listen to what small customers want.

Great product, but their pricing is not fair or transparent. Very pushy sapless team. Plenty of other just as good options out there for much less money.

Orrible experience, stay away.

Orrible experience.. they reply with foreign people that don't speak english, waiting time is very long, you cannot choose the language to interact with and at the end, after a lot of effort, they didn't recognise me because my VALID ID recognized by law was not in the format they desired.. stay away of this company.
