A great timesaver
Very easy to use, I just wish there were a few more options so I didn't have to use "free text" so option. And I wish Docusign didn't treat me as a new user every time I log in; I've sent about 50 documents via this service, I don't need to be shown how to create an envelope again! Other than that, it's a great product, that saves me a lot of time

A business essential - thank you DocuSign!
Couldn't live within this tool - started off using their free, signer account and recently upgraded to the paid version. Didn't think it could get any better but it has. I now get pretty much all of my contracts returned within hours - which has impacted our bottom line. The team are also really helpful, whenever I have had a question. Thanks team DocuSign!

Being forced to leave a review
Being forced to leave a review. I just want to send my doc, but there seemed to be no way to navigate passed the forced review page without leaving a review. Other than that, Docusign is pretty OK

Very easy to use system
Very easy to use system. Saves alot on postage/following up with employees and having to resend. Only wish I had have started using DocuSign sooner!

"Docusing is very easy to sign the contracts/agreements"
What do you like best about DocuSign? How I can track if other are signing the document or not. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Nothing really. It has everything that a signing document software should have. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Signing the documetn virtually for people who are far away from you.

"I Only Use DocuSign If It's Requested"
What do you like best about DocuSign? Although I used what was called Adobe Sign (now called EchoSign) at the time, DocuSign was actually the first one in which I transitioned to using regularly. I liked EchoSign, but a lot of times for e-signatures DocuSign was on the news, promotional emails coming through, the one being talked about during webinars and virtual conferences, and on from there. MY account has 2 different email…
MY account has 2 different email logins, and they refuse to help combine them - its impossible to use as a result - such a shame as its great otherwise, and its such an easy fix they refuse to engage with
