What do you like best about DocuSign? It's incredibly user friendly! I love the template base that allows for minor modifications of the sender. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Nothing. The company previously used EchoSign, and I couldn't wait to transfer. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? All agreements sent are consistent.

What do you like best about DocuSign? I have had multiple clients comment on the ease of using DocuSign. They love that they can quickly review and sign their paperwork without the unnecessary waste of paper caused by printing and scanning paperwork. What do you like best about DocuSign? The ease of uploading documents to be signed and the efficiency of obtaining signatures without needing to schedule meetings to obtain the signatures is most beneficial. What do you like best about DocuSign? NOTHING! They lie. Promise to follow up on tech issues never do. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Lost 2 clients and thousands of dollars due to docusign sending blank docs. I was told my issue would be "escalated". Well today we just lost another client due to docusign. I called tech support and spoke with a manager named Bruce who is unable to tell me when my issue would be resolved nor could he issue a refund for services. I think this is crazy, ...

"One of the best online documentation signing tools"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I've used docusign several times and I think it is a great tool, because it allows users to sign documents right on your computer without having to sign and scan the documents back into digital form. I've used it on several occasions to sign forms on a pdf document formats. It's really easy to to use and it's just really a great tool. No matter the age or experience of our clients I can send them a document to sing and it walks them through the process step by step. What do you dislike about DocuSign?
