What do you like best about DocuSign? Besides saving paper it is so convenient with buyers and sellers in locations around the world. It is fast when in a competitive market. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I cannot think of a thing I dislike about Docusign! What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes busy buyers and sellers happy to keep things moving without taking time off work to travel to my location or finding a way to scan/print and send.

What do you like best about DocuSign? Love the tagging system that highlights exactly where to sign. And the ability to expire documents after a certain period goes in very well with our workflow. What do you like best about DocuSign? DocuSign has saved us a huge amount of time in document processing. What do you like best about DocuSign? It does the job...the product is in line with other digital solution platforms. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Although Docusign is a great product, the billing department is terrible. I was billed $1000 (2x) for my 2-user account & although Docusign verified this was an internal error, they were unwilling to issue a refund or credit my account. What do you like best about DocuSign? Excellent interfacing with Salesforce to streamline the order approval process. Now we get orders back faster than e ever- whether the client is out of the office or in. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Some glitches keep the automated processes from connecting. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Time kills all deals, and Docusign gets the order back FAST.

Their solution provides a great user interface that simulates a pen and ink experience better than anyone else. In addition, they have comprehensive methodology to provide evidence of each signature. What do you like best about DocuSign? I really like the ease of use. My customers are always really impressed with the ability to order some fairly complex software with such ease. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I'd like the ability to just pull up the docusign as my customer is going through it. What do you like best about DocuSign? The integration with Salesforce using Conga Composer is perfect for our sales operations requirements. Sending our contracts out of Salesforce through DocuSign is easy for my reps and makes me happy because everything is tracked and accounted for. What do you dislike about DocuSign?
