"DocuSign is excellent at what it does"
What do you like best about DocuSign? It is extremely easy to sign off on documents and send documents for signature. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I dislike the website interface. It is difficult to use at times and find the right buttons to click. "Great at the beginning"
What do you like best about DocuSign? I like that it is pretty straightforward and easy to use for both the sender and receiver. What do you dislike about DocuSign? After we had been using DocuSign for just under a year, the website became SLOW. Just to open and download one document started taking 5 minutes, After I would open and download a document, to go back to the homepage would crash the DocuSign site. "Time Saver"
What do you like best about DocuSign? No use of paper anymore, very easy to use. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Havent found any problems yet other than downtime at times. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Quick turnaround time in contracts.

What do you like best about DocuSign? NOTHING... Used to be good. No longer... What do you dislike about DocuSign? THIS IS A Horrible product. Agree with other reviews that the new updates are convoluted and messy. Spoke with Rex in support as a supervisor... He was trying to be help. Promised he would get back to me tomorrow after speaking with Manager. DON't purchase this product. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Contract signatures

"User of DocuSign for Home Buying/Selling Documents"
What do you like best about DocuSign? I love that you can use it on your phone and sign with your finger. Don't need to print off paperwork and sign and scan it back in, Don't have to have a special PDF signature. Just sign with your finger anywhere right on your own phone. What do you like best about DocuSign? Simplicity is the first thing that comes to mind when using Docusign. I think their UI is great and it enables users to review and sign documents with ease. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Currently I don't have any griefs with Docusign. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Contracts, compensation letters, and any other form of agreements are all run through Docusign. It's simple, fast and cuts down on paper.

"Makes our Subcontracting Process Amazing"
What do you like best about DocuSign? Prior to using DocUSign, we were subcontracting using FedEx, tracking the receipt of the subcontract using the routing number, and reminding our vendors to sign by calling and emailing them manually. This process took hours and wasted our human resources. Now, everything is automated, including the reminder emails to slow subcontractors. It's great and allows us to concentrate on our subcontractor relationships and our construction projects, rather than ...
