What do you like best about DocuSign? I love the ability to quickly sign documents online and save paper What do you dislike about DocuSign? Sometimes it takes a while for the signed document to get to the website I’m using. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? There is nothing I dislike about the product What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? It was a challenge to print, sign, scan, etc documents to be executed between parties. DocuSign makes the process easy and both parties get the final executed agreement.

"Make signing/retrieving signatures simple"

What do you like best about DocuSign? The pain this solves is an exceptionally bothersome one! To have to print, ink a signature, scan, then email is a very high barrier. What do you dislike about DocuSign? Once you've selected a doc and started to place all the text boxes, if you realized you have the wrong doc or wrong version, you have to start over. What do you like best about DocuSign? I like how easy and secure it is to upload documents and have them signed. I also like that it notifies you when the document was viewed so you can make sure that the signer received the document. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I dislike how the notification email appears when you void a document. I find that the signer can get confused because they do not easily see the reason why the document was voided.
