"DocuSign fixes many problems"

What do you like best about DocuSign? I love that DocuSign is so simple and easy for the user to work with. You do not have to be a computer expert to use DocuSign to sign a form or page due to the simplicity of the technology used. The 'Sign Here' and 'Finish' buttons do a wonderful job of catching the eye and leading the user to where they need to go next. Very rude customer service

Very rude customer service, plus they always try to increase your payments for seemingly no reason, I got laughed at on the phone for asking a simple question of how to add another user to my account - something which they also informed me they'd double my monthly payment for. The system is also glitchy and the back office often crashes, takes out emails you'd just put in or sends duplicate copies. Would suggest you find an alternative!!

What do you like best about DocuSign? What I like about Docusign is that it streamlines the process of signing documents. I like to sign with one click. What do you dislike about DocuSign? What do you like best about DocuSign? This is a wonderful alternative to the paper documents. You can remotely sigh a document. Paperless! The idea is fantastic. What do you like best about DocuSign? It is very fast and excellent in general. I have never experienced any troubles, which is the most important. It is very easy to use, good integration with my mail client. What do you dislike about DocuSign? There are no things I don't like, overall the product worked great.
