Terrible customer support

Terrible customer support. Our account was suspended and everything pointed me toward contacting our system admin. We've had some turnover recently so no one I spoke with interally knew who the system admin even was. Docusign wasn't able to tell me even though I guessed multiple names and offered to give my card info since the billing info was expired. What do you like best about DocuSign? The ease of sending out contracts and it’s user friendliness! Prospects are more inclined to sign when it is seamless, using docusign. What do you like best about DocuSign? Docusign made the process of purchasing our Mini such a breeze. I really liked how everything for the loan was signed through docusign. Normally we would have had to go physically go into the local branch, obtain a pre qualification, and then come back and sign the loan. We did everything over the phone and internent using Docusign.
