"E-signature at its best"
What do you like best about DocuSign? I like how each signature gets a digital code associated with it which makes it secure. Productivity is increased and targets are achieved faster. The way it eases process to send same document out to multiple recipients, at multiple locations, for multiple signatures is outstanding. "A dynamic digital signing service with features to help through every step"
What do you like best about DocuSign? I think the notifications and status updates are a key reason why DocuSign stands out. Signing up for a DocuSign account didn't take long and didn't cost an excessive amount of money. DocuSign does a good job at walking its users and those that need to sign documents through the steps needed to get things done. There are clear us and icons that let us know where to go and what various items are for. There are also icons like check marks that help all ...

OMG I CANNOT RAVE ABOUT NATHALIE ENOUGH. I was totally stressing out about a signature, and I called customer support and Nathalie answered and oh my goodness she was a total life saver, so calm, so nice and so efficient. 20/10. What do you like best about DocuSign? Tracking and resending reminders at set untervals. What do you dislike about DocuSign? There have been recent bugs and issues since new software release whuch caused soem problems with our templates What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting contracts signed off quicker and securely.

Refund
My account was charged for the yearly subscription after cancellation two moths prior. Its 5 weeks after dispute and still no refund processed. Called several times customers service, waste of time. After escalation of refund, still nothing is don.. I'm very angry

What do you like best about DocuSign? I really like Docusign because it integrates with Salesforce and its very easy way to send someone an agreement or contract or offer letter. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I don't like docusign because its very expensive for a user to get a license and big contracts involved. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? I used Docusign to extend offer letters to possible candidates and for equity purposes.

"Good e-signature platform"
What do you like best about DocuSign? I primarily used DocuSign for the e-signature, although they now offer document management and workflow solutions. Their e-signature platform is easy to implement, easy to understand, and I like the mobile component. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I'm mostly happy with their software, but if I had to nit-pick, their user interface is ugly and kind of 1990s design-ish.
