What do you like best about DocuSign? I like how easy it made our account opening/maintenance process. At our previous firm, we had to send client documents that needed signature via USPS/FEDEX/UPS or email, which delayed a lot of our processes. "DocuSign is so easy to use and really essential for electronic signatures"

What do you like best? I love ease when using this software. We can get contracts & listing agreements signed within minutes. Making our client's lives a lot easier. Superfast way to mark and sign documents and get them back and forth to clients or co-workers. You can sign on the computer, or save your signature for future signings. What do you dislike? What do you like best about DocuSign? It is intuitive and simple to use. It remembers the contacts and signatories. What do you dislike about DocuSign? The layout of the pages are not very customizable. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Not having to print and scan copies of multiple items

What do you like best about DocuSign? I like the ability to create templete docs and send them out as needed. It has improved many processes within our company for HR/onboarding purposes as well as customer support. It is easy to use and though not fully integrated on a mass scale I am looking forward to the day where we will be a paperless company. Docusign will be my chosen program once we are prepared. "DocuSign has increased response time with customers"

What do you like best about DocuSign? We no longer have to wait for a customer to be able to snail mail or scan critical documents necessary to bind or process their insurance policies. Often, we had clients use the excuse that they were out of town or not near a computer and could not complete the required documentation. Clients can no longer use that excuse. What do you like best about DocuSign? Simple UI. Clients seem to be able to access Docusign better than other e-signature services! What do you dislike about DocuSign? There isn’t really anything I dislike about the service! What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? Ability to get contracts signed for inside sales reps.
