Forced to change an expiration date on…

Forced to change an expiration date on an envelope, then found it impossible to do so. The instructions on the web don't seem as if they are even coming from the same universe as planet earth - I can't even find the functions they refer me to. Really poor instructions for using the site. I ended up pen-signing, scanning, and emailing a document I spent an hour trying to docusign. Bad.

Bait and Switch. Greedy 🤑 Policies

Don’t even think a business or a Pro will take care of your small business needs (we are 18 employees). Our sales teams send out sales agreement and we have exceeded our “reasonable” volumes for $30 /month. We send about 80 docs per month. $40 pro package does not cover this either. Nope the docusign sends in their “sales” team (extortion team) and bid you the job at around 10x what you were paying.
