What do you like best? It is quite easy to utilize the platform when you quickly need to upload a PDF and return signature to a client or colleague. The upload process is quite efficient! What do you dislike? I dislike that it does not allow you to quickly download the PDF document after signature. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I do not have to transfer a PDF into a word doc in order to sign a document. This is such a time saver!

DocuSign has made life easier especially during this Pandemic. I love the accuracy and the convenience they are providing companies as well as the customers.

What do you like best about DocuSign? I liked that I could view my document at a later time. What do you dislike about DocuSign? I disliked needing to create an account. I have too many emails and passwords to keep track of. What problems is DocuSign solving and how is that benefiting you? They helped cancel my gym membership during COVID. That really helped.

Unexpectedly raised price 1,000%

Did not have a good experience with this company. Had been using a paid business plan for $480/year for years with no issues and no changes in volume. Then, out of the blue we were contacted and told we were exceeding their “reasonable use limits” and would need to pay additional fees to keep our account active. We were then told their “reasonable use limit” is only 100 signed documents per year (which is not published anywhere). The new quote was in excess of $5,000 per year…a 1,000% price ...
