Worst customer service and IT help.

DocuSign is overall a great too to have for signing online however, there customer service and problem solving skills are the absolute worst. It is so difficult to get a hold of someone to help you or answer any questions if you run through any issues. There’s a lot of other better programs out there with this same context. I will never deal with DOCUSIGN again. They need better training and better reps.

Terrible for large numbers of documents, but good for one at a time.

Docusign is great for one document at a time. But when you need to process a bunch of signatures, there are some feature gaps which have been around for years. For example: a.) After having a large number of signed documents, there is no way to download them except ONE AT A TIME. They tell you to purchase an additional program to do this (which is ridiculous). They do let you act on bunches of documents (MOVE for example). But not DOWNLOAD. b.) You have to practically be a computer ...
